What a product owner does?

As a product owner, you are responsible for the success of your product. You do this by facilitating collaboration between your team, stakeholders and customers.

You are responsible for creating and communicating the vision of your product, including how it will solve problems and why people will want to use it. You also communicate what success looks like, and make sure that everyone on the team understands their role in achieving that success. You make sure that the team is working towards those goals as effectively as possible by gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders about their experience using the product, then using that insight to inform changes or improvements you'll make over time.

You also have to be a customer advocate—if someone says something negative about your product or its features, you need to listen carefully and find out why they feel that way so you can use their feedback to improve your product.

The product owner is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the product. They are the ones who decide what needs to be created and when, based on customer feedback and market trends. They also help ensure that developers have the information they need to create new features or fix existing ones.

The product owner is often part of a scrum team, which means they work closely with both other members of their team as well as customers and stakeholders. They may also work closely with designers or engineers.

In order to perform this role effectively, it's important that product owners understand how their industry works, as well as how technology works in general.

The product owner is responsible for managing the product backlog and getting it prioritized, as well as managing the prioritization of features in the backlog. They are also responsible for determining which features will be developed and which will not be developed.
