What are 4 types of motivation?
Motivation is the reason for which someone does something.
There are four types of motivation:
Extrinsic Motivation — This is the kind of motivation that comes from outside of yourself, such as when you get money for doing a job well or when you're working towards a reward (like a raise or promotion).
Intrinsic Motivation — This type of motivation comes from within yourself, and it can be harder to achieve because it requires you to have confidence in your ability to complete a task without any external rewards.
Emotional Motivation — This type of motivation comes from feelings like pride or joy, which can give an extra boost to our efforts on achieving a goal or completing a project.
Social Motivation — This type of motivation is often referred to as "groupthink," and it involves working together with others towards a common goal or purpose—for example, if you're trying to raise money for charity by running a marathon together with friends and family members who support your cause!
